In February 2009, while searching for a model that would both challenge and inspire, artist Fabrice Spies selected this aerial view of the famed Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum courtesy of photographer Peter Bernstein.
The Coliseum took Fabrice over three months and 500 hours to complete. In addition to his striking attention to detail, this painting illustrates
patience and tireless commitment, which is the hallmark of all the work of Fabrice Spies.
